By using astonish·ly ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

astonish·ly provides daily educational content about nature, biology, and the universe. Content is intended for personal, non-commercial use. We publish one post per day in adult and kids versions.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) through RevenueCat. Pricing, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the respective store's terms. We do not process payments directly.

• Individual — full access for one account holder.
• Family — full access with multiple reader profiles under one subscription.
• Free — limited access to selected posts; other posts show a preview only.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape, redistribute, or resell our content. You may not attempt to bypass subscription access controls or interfere with the operation of the Service.

Content

All text, images, and other materials in the Service are owned by us or used with permission. Facts are presented for educational and inspirational purposes. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that every detail is complete or current.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
